The goal: make innovation tangible — not just showcase it.
SEW-Eurodrive needed a trade show presence that communicates technological excellence, future-oriented thinking and industry-specific solutions — clearly, visually, and emotionally.
“Black Frame wasn't just a service provider — they were a true partner, with technical expertise and attention to detail.”
Big vision. Big challenge.
Multiple audiences, complex project structure — produced in parallel by an international team with one cohesive storytelling framework.
From concept to delivery: tight timeline managed across time zones with structured processes and clear ownership.
Different expectations across the organisation — streamlined into one communication line with central contacts and a structured feedback loop.
Bold idea. Strong impact.
The concept won over SEW-Eurodrive from day one — all the way to executive level. We developed a clear, unified idea combining space, 3D video and digital innovation like Digital Twins into one compelling visual experience. The central thread: a digital data stream — flowing from real-world machines to digital twins and into the control room.
“The interplay of perfect creation and professional storytelling was impressive.”
Making the overall impact tangible.
We visualized the entire booth in advance using 3D — creating a digital twin of the space. This gave SEW-Eurodrive early clarity on the spatial effect, enabled confident internal presentations, and allowed for smooth alignment. The result: no surprises on-site — just the experience exactly as envisioned.
A result that delivered.
The trade show presence was a complete success — for SEW-Eurodrive and everyone involved. With our 3D videos, we were able to showcase the full range of industry applications — something not possible with physical exhibits alone. And all at a visual level that turned the stand into an eye-catcher.
“Despite the fast pace, the collaboration was always structured, professional, and exceptionally well-executed.”
